Serving Homes, Strengthening Communities
Our amazing Handle It volunteers were hard at work in August, making meaningful home repairs that truly improved lives across our communities! We’re incredibly grateful to these dedicated volunteers who showed up with tools, time, and heart to serve their neighbors in such practical and powerful ways!
Portland
Volunteers cleared out invasive blackberry overgrowth and installed a drain for a rain collection barrel—helping the homeowner better manage their garden and water use.
Tigard
A leaking bathroom sink was replaced, giving the homeowner peace of mind and preventing further water damage.
Clackamas
The team tackled a challenging siding repair to stop water intrusion, installed a new doorbell, and completed several other small but impactful fixes.
