Through our partnership with the Energy Trust of Oregon, we offer free home energy assessments and connect homeowners to special incentives for upgrades like insulation, windows, heating systems, and hybrid water heaters. Some improvements may even be fully covered—so you can stay comfortable without the extra cost!

Step 2: A home energy assessor from Catalyst Partnerships NW will contact you and let you know if you qualify. If you do, you can setup a visit to your home for a 30-60 minute walkthrough to learn how effectively your home is using energy and identify areas for energy efficiency and comfort improvements. Step 3: Catalyst Partnerships NW will connect you to trusted contractors and help you navigate the process of installing recommended energy-saving home upgrades. Step 4: Catalyst Partnerships NW will access Energy Trust of Oregon cash incentives to significantly lower the cost of your upgrades.

Not every repair needs a full crew, but even small fixes can make a huge difference. Our Handle-It Crew is a network of skilled volunteers who go out in small groups of 2-4 people to tackle smaller projects. Things like fixing leaky faucets, repairing broken steps, small roof repairs, etc. These quick but essential repairs help homeowners stay safe and healthy in their homes. Even the smallest fixes can make a big difference!
When a home falls into disrepair, it can feel overwhelming—especially for homeowners with no way to fix it themselves. That’s why we created the Home Restoration Program. Partnering with volunteers and local organizations, we take on major repairs that make homes safer and more stable. From installing ramps and grab bars to fixing roofs, floors, and decks, we focus on repairs that protect families, improve accessibility, and prevent bigger problems down the road.
