August 2026 - Demonstrating Love Through Service
Ms. Ellis is a 72-year-old low-income senior living with disabilities in a 1991 manufactured home that had been in need of significant repairs for many years. In the summer of 2025, Catalyst volunteers stepped in to replace her failing roof before it could cause severe water damage inside the home.
While that project addressed an urgent need, there was still much work to be done.


March 2026 - Restoring Safety, Stability, and Hope for the Perez Family
Ms. Perez is a devoted single mother of three who has called her home her sanctuary for many years. When she recently received an eviction notice tied to urgent and costly property repairs, the weight of the situation became overwhelming.


August 2025 - A Roof of Relief: Compassion in Action
Ms. Ellis, a disabled senior living on a fixed income in a mobile home, was facing a dire situation. Her roof was failing, putting her home at risk of serious water damage.


June 2025 - From Struggle to Strength: The Power of Helping Hands
Mr. and Mrs. Davidson have lived in their Beaverton home for many years. But with Mrs. Davidson facing serious medical challenges and the couple struggling financially, including difficulty making mortgage payments, they’ve been unable to keep up with essential home repairs.
