For more than 40 years, Mr. Ballou has called his Milwaukie home his own. As time passed, however, maintaining the home became more than he could manage alone. Due to physical limitations and the growing repair needs of the property, Mr. Ballou reached out to Catalyst in 2025 for help.

Recently, the Bigjoes reached out to us again when several areas of their home began showing serious signs of wear. The flooring in key spaces was failing, creating safety concerns that could no longer be ignored. It was clear they needed support—and we were grateful to answer that call.
