Mr. Veaham is a 79-year-old disabled, low-income homeowner who has proudly called his 1985 house home for the past eight years. In 2021, Catalyst remodeled his bathroom to better accommodate his wheelchair, creating a safer, more accessible space where he could move with greater comfort and independence. Over time, however, the bathroom floor became damaged by regular wheelchair use, creating a new safety concern.
