Catalyst Receives $5,000 Grant from Kaiser Permanente!

Great news!  A grant of $5,000.00 was approved by Kaiser Permanente to Catalyst Partnerships for support of our "Fortify House" renovation in the Fall of 2019.  A group of 20+ Kaiser employees worked on the project, and Kaiser backed it up with funding support.  Thank you Kaiser!
